Turtle Mountain Homes #10, developed by Turtle Mountain Housing Authority (TMHA), received a 2021 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) award from the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA).

Turtle Mountain Homes #10 is TMHA’s 10th LIHTC project and will provide 52 new apartments for community members on the Turtle Mountain Reservation in Belcourt, North Dakota.

The development includes a 26-unit building and a 24-unit building with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

Nineteen units will be reserved for households at 60% Area Median Income (AMI), 11 units will be reserved for households at 50% AMI, 11 units will be reserved for households at 40% AMI and 11 units will be reserved for households at 30% AMI.
