Ho-Chunk Inc. (HCI) is the economic development wing of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. HCI has been phasing the development of Ho-Chunk Village for more than a decade.
Chickasaw Nation Community Development Endeavor (CNCDE) provided $2 million in New Markets Tax Credit allocation to this housing and retail project. Its total development cost was $4.4 million.
This investment resulted in 28,346 square feet of new commercial and residential space, including:

- 2 affordable housing units
