This one-of-a-kind educational conference brings together industry leaders with experienced tribal developers and young professionals to learn and share innovative practices on developing homes and businesses in Native communities. We provide detailed instruction on securing funding for affordable housing developments, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, economic development, the New Markets Tax Credit program, asset management and compliance, architectural design and construction monitoring. New this year, we will also discuss Sustainable, Responsible, Impact (SRI) Investing in Indian Country.

We are offering 150 free registrations for qualifying attendees, who work in housing, community or economic development and who serve American Indian, Alaska Native or Native Hawaiian communities or people.

These two federal tax credit programs have directly led to more than $1.3 billion of new and rehabilitated homes, businesses and services in Indian Country. We will recognize outstanding industry professionals who are making a difference in Native communities at our Superhero Awards luncheon.
