Greg Bland, director of environmental services, and I recently attended the National Council of State Housing Agencies’ Housing Credit Conference in Denver.
State allocating agency staff, investors, and developers attend the annual event to get an update on the tax credit industry and share challenges and successes.
We attended sessions on investor pricing, fair housing, asset management and sustainable construction. We met up with old friends in the industry, said hello to state staff members and caught up with our investors. Despite the wildfire raging nearby, we enjoyed our stay in Denver and look forward to next year’s conference!
