Travois Fifth Annual Bake-Off

Last Friday was a delectable day for everyone at the Travois office. It was bake-off day!

As you may have read in past blogs (Take your can to work day, A dinner with a special guest, and Chili cook-off), we are always up for tasty food and friendly competition.

The rules were easy: entries must be something sweet. There were cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, cheesecakes, and ice cream — a sweet tooth’s party.

Best Non-Chocolate: Pumpkin Gingerbread Ice Cream – Alexandria Murnan, project coordinator

Best Cake: Strawberry Jell-O Cake – Kellie Burke, controller

Most Original: Pumpkin Gingerbread Ice Cream – Alexandria Murnan

Best Presentation: Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake – Katie Dosenbach

Best Overall: Ice Cream Sandwiches – Eden Rensing, communications coordinator
