Travois’ New Markets Tax Credit allocation completely deployed in Indian Country

(Written by Phil Glynn, vice president of economic development for Travois)

Congratulations to our 2012-2013 clients who are investing in economic development and positive change for their communities:

    • Pueblo of Laguna Utility Authority’s water/wastewater infrastructure project
    • Molokai Community Health Center
    • Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s Health and Wellness Center
    • Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Community Dental Facility
    • Minnewaukan Public School District’s K-12 school
    • GCI’s TERRA broadband services extension
    • Winnebago Tribe’s Educare Early Childhood Development Center

Check out the economic development projects page on our website to read about what these and other amazing clients have achieved with Travois’ New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) assistance.

We are currently working with our partners from the most recent closing — the Winnebago Educare Center — to provide comprehensive information for a blog entry and to industry media. Watch for that news soon.

In the meantime, we wanted to recognize those clients who have used our entire 2012 NMTC allocation to do amazing things. Your projects are providing essential services, creating jobs and helping build economies. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of them.
