Dear valued clients and partners,
As we celebrate three decades of dedicated service, we are thrilled to share some exciting news with you.
It’s often said that 30 is the new 20, and just to prove that we are still cool, we are proud to announce our company and website have a new look.
Don’t get us wrong. While we’re in favor of bringing back retro trends—like the Walkman, fanny packs, and stone-washed jeans—we didn’t feel that “retro” was the best way to communicate with our clients, investors, and policymakers.
Our updated identity reflects our optimism for the future and reinforces our commitment to following your lead.
Over the past year, we have been working diligently on this evolution of our brand, and we are excited to launch our new website as a part of our 30th anniversary celebration.
This transformation brings essential technical improvements and highlights your remarkable work, modernizing our appearance for the next generation.

You will notice several updates as part of our rebranding, including a modernized logo, vibrant colors, and refreshed fonts. New line drawings that highlight the impact of our work and celebrate the growth of our architecture firm. The redesigned website enhances the user experience, making it easier for you to access information and services while emphasizing the outstanding projects of our clients.
Despite the changes, our core commitment remains the same. Since our founding in 1995, Travois has proudly supported the self-determination and growth of Native communities, delivering innovative solutions and comprehensive services.
That commitment hasn’t changed.
Our ownership and staff also remain the same. You’ll continue working with the same dedicated professionals in housing development, architecture, economic development, and asset management and compliance.
As you will see, innovative Tribal housing and economic development projects are the stars of the new website. We are incredibly proud to share these images and stories with the world.

If you work for a Tribe that is seeking capital for a housing or economic development project we hope you find inspiration. If you are already a tax credit veteran, we hope you enjoy your close-up!
To our clients, partners, and supporters—thank you. Your trust and collaboration have shaped who we are over the past 30 years. We look forward to continuing this work together in the years to come.
Warm regards,
Elizabeth Bland Glynn, CEO
Phil Glynn, President
