Certified Tribal Housing Professional

The Certified Tribal Housing Professional (CTHP) certification equips employees to use the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), the primary program for affordable housing development in the United States, in conjunction with NAHASDA.

Our curriculum is designed for employees of Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs). We share our experience to help you understand how to access and use key funding sources to benefit your Native community.
