Architect / Project manager 

We are seeking a project architect/project manager to join our growing team. Travois Design provides architectural services to Indigenous communities. We create homes, buildings and amenities that meet our clients’ community needs: safe, affordable housing and economic opportunity.

Role: Manage projects from conception to completion. Lead the creative design process, produce and coordinate drawings and specifications, manage construction administration and monitor construction.

Applicant should be a licensed architect or have a minimum of five years experience designing and managing projects through the construction phase. Ideal candidate will have affordable housing knowledge and experience with residential design and/or community amenities, such as small scale commercial buildings, community centers, administrative buildings and recreation centers. Haskell Indian Nations University Internship Opportunity 

The Tepa and Travois internship program is designed to give students from Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) the opportunity for real world experience in a wide range of professional fields.

Travois and Tepa will not be hosting 2021 summer interns. Our teams are working from home and cannot accommodate interns at this time. Our internship opportunity will resume in 2022.
