Project manager, affordable housing team

We are seeking a project manager to join our affordable housing team.

The project manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) clients. This includes marketing to potential and repeat customers, developing relationships with state allocating agency staff, monitoring the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) process, preparing applications for the financing of affordable housing projects in Indian Country, soliciting investor offers for the purchase of clients’ tax credits, and assisting in the closing process between tribal developers and equity investors. Project managers collaborate with tribal developers, equity investors, and Travois team members on rewarding, fast paced, challenging, deadline-driven work.

Haskell Indian Nations University Internship Opportunity

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, Travois will not be hosting a 2020 summer intern. Our teams are working from home and cannot accommodate an intern at this time.

Travois will continue to support the internship and provide assistance to our partner, TEPA, as they prepare to host an intern. TEPA is still accepting applications and will conduct phone interviews. The team will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as needed. 

The Tepa and Travois internship program is designed to give students from Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) the opportunity for real world experience in a wide range of professional fields.
