Registration is now open for the 24th Annual Travois Indian Country Affordable Housing & Economic Development Conference!

Join us Sept. 9-11 at Hyatt at Olive 8, a boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. During the conference, you will have easy access to downtown attractions and a thriving social scene — while learning and networking with housing and economic development professionals serving Native communities.

The conference is free for employees of Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs), Tribal board and council members, and qualified Tribal economic development staff serving Native communities.

If you are interested in sponsoring or attending the event and do not fall under this category, contact us at conference@travois.com.

About the conference

Our educational conference supports Tribal entities seeking funding for housing and economic development in their communities. Over the course of our three-day event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experienced Tribal developers, industry experts, and Travois employees. They will share best practices, tips, and insights for moving developments forward in your community.

This year’s conference agenda includes sessions about housing and economic development success stories, climate change advocacy, architectural design, asset management and compliance, and other related topics.

Additionally, we are hosting several interactive pre-conference sessions designed to advance your organization’s skills, while also creating an opportunity to network with fellow Tribal housing professionals.

Plus, don’t miss opportunities to network at our Monday evening welcome reception and other social outings in downtown Seattle!x
