1. Cancellation policy

I agree to cancel or notify Travois of substitutions by Monday, Aug. 24, to avoid disqualification from future free registration opportunities. For changes, email conference@travois.com. Hotel cancellations must be completed separately.

2. Hotel reservation policy

To receive complimentary registration, I agree to reserve lodging under the Travois room block at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA by Monday, Aug. 31. This policy is void if the room block is full.

3. Assumption of risk

I acknowledge the risks of attendance, including illness, injury, and property damage. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Travois and its representatives from any related claims or liability.

4. Media release

I give Travois permission to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, and name for event-related media without compensation. Travois holds all rights to this media.

5. Travois emails

I agree to receive occasional emails from Travois about company news and highlights, which can be unsubscribed at any time. Please note: Unsubscribing before the conference could result in missing important event updates.
