The Pyramid Lake Housing Authority was awarded a 2024 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) allocation by the Nevada Housing Division to develop Pyramid Lake #1.
It is the first project awarded in the state’s new Tribal Housing Set-Aside, which will significantly enhance Native communities sharing geography with the state to access the LIHTC program.
Pyramid Lake #1 will include 20 new homes and a playground in Wadsworth, Nevada. It is the first phase of a master plan for the Sacred Visions neighborhood.
