Governing Law and Forum

The validity and effect of these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. The parties expressly disclaim application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
