The Westside Subdivision is a planned Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project developed by the Tuolumne Economic Development Authority (TEDA).
Located on fee land in Tuolumne, California, the housing development of 20 three-bedroom homes, 10 four-bedroom homes, and a community building will serve members of the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians.
The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee awarded the development a LIHTC allocation in 2024. It is TEDA’s first LIHTC project.
