Laguna IV will be the acquisition, rehabilitation, and resyndication of the Laguna Housing Development and Management Enterprise’s first LIHTC project, Laguna Homes I. The Laguna Homes I project was a new construction project awarded in 2004 and built in 2005.
The project will consist of 19 two-bedroom units, 19 three-bedroom units, and two four-bedroom units.
The units are all single-family homes ranging from 1,092 square feet to 1,617 square feet. The project also includes a central playground that will also receive an upgrade and a new community building to house supportive services targeted to the tenants.
Laguna IV is one-half of a larger neighborhood (Green Acres and Veteran’s Memorial Subdivision) on the Pueblo in Laguna, New Mexico.
