This project is the first of two LIHTC acquisition/rehab projects that the Wolf River Development Company (Menominee’s own development company) applied for and received credits from Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority in 2010. The project has a total of 24 units within the boundaries of the Menominee Indian Reservation. Twenty-three of the units are located in Keshena, WI, and one unit is located in Neopit, WI. The units were rehabbed by Menominee Tribal Housing (general contractor) and are targeted toward tenants with incomes at or below 60 percent Area Median Income.
Raymond James Tax Credit Funds is the investor for this project.
