The rehabilitation of these units involved updating materials throughout to increase energy efficiency and improve the quality of the interiors.
A full asbestos abatement was performed to ensure safe conditions during and after the rehabilitation. Modifications were made to the layout to improve the bathrooms and relocate a sink that was previously located in the hallway to the interior of the private bathroom space.
