In the news: Wake Forest Magazine details David Bland’s brand of social entrepreneurship

David graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in political science in 1976 and created Travois in 1995 after years of working in the affordable housing industry. He realized he had a skill set to help tribes take advantage of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Twenty years later, Travois has worked with clients to create more than $1 billion worth of housing and economic development projects.
