2013 was a successful year for Travois and its clients. For example, Travois’ clients:
- Will create 189 new or rehabilitated homes from allocations of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) from 2013;
- Were awarded $1.43 million in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants;
- Received $10,924,547 in developer fees for 25 LIHTC projects, which compensate the tribe or housing entity for all the hard work needed to make the project happen; and
- Created 431 jobs over three New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) projects that closed with investors.
