Office assistant

After interning for Travois in 2017, I jumped at the opportunity to return six years later. I work closely with the office and events manager to ensure our company is running like a well-oiled machine, assisting all the teams with special projects when I’m needed. This fits with one of my greatest strengths: flexibility and enjoying variety in my day. One minute I’m ordering supplies and scheduling building maintenance and the next I may be helping plan our annual conference.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at local festivals and events. Some of my favorites have included the Plaza Art Fair, Kansas City Chocolate Festival, Boulevardia, the Lawrence Food Truck Festival and the NFL Draft. Other times, you might find me trying new restaurants, doing yoga in the park or curling up on the couch to binge watch my favorite show of the moment.

I graduated from Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas, with a degree in business administration and later received a full scholarship to attend Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where I earned a master’s degree in business administration. Before joining Travois, my job experience spanned anywhere from retail loss prevention to federal social insurance programs.
