As a compliance specialist, I work with on-site staff of tribal housing authorities, review initial tenant files and recertification files and help ensure clients’ Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties meet investor and state reporting requirements.

I have experience working in LIHTC property management and understand the day-to-day responsibilities property managers face and the attention to detail that it requires.
