Bad River Homes #2 rehabilitated 24 homes. The homes received new roofs, insulation, siding and trim, windows and doors, wooden ramps at five ADA-compliant units, driveways, concrete stoops, sidewalks, clotheslines and planting beds. Inside, newly designed open living spaces were created and energy-efficient plumbing fixtures, faucets, lighting, furnaces and air conditioners were added. These improvements translate into significantly lower utility bills for residents.
Travois Design provided the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and the architectural designs for the project.
Raymond James Tax Credit Funds is the investor for this project.
