The Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe plans to build 22 townhomes, a community building and playground on the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Indian Colony in Fallon, NV, after receiving a 2023 allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from the Nevada Housing Division.
With unit sizes ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms, Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe LIHTC #1 will be home to families, singles and elders.
Additionally, the development will serve households with some of the highest levels of need for affordable housing. Six units are targeted for households with up to 30% of the area median income (AMI), 12 units are targeted for households with up to 50% of AMI and four units are targeted for households with up to 60% of AMI.
