The Turtle Mountain Housing Authority completed this 25-unit multifamily project in 2015.
The multifamily building, which includes an on-site manager’s unit, are located west of the Turtle Mountain Community College on the shores of Belcourt Lake in Belcourt, ND.
Nineteen of the units have two bedrooms, and six units have three bedrooms.
Some units will be reserved for previously homeless residents, and a portion of the units have fully handicapped-accessible features, including grab bars in the bathrooms, 32-inch-wide doors with maneuvering clearances and lever hardware.
The building has an elevator, and all of the units, and community spaces are wired to accommodate high-speed internet service.
