Title VI Loan Guarantees: Another strategy to access capital for housing and infrastructure

Learn how to access capital for infrastructure and housing with a financing tool that may be less familiar compared to some other tools. In this webinar, we’ll provide an in-depth look at the Title VI 95% Loan Guarantee from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a program that can provide funding for Tribal housing and infrastructure development up to five times the Need portion of the formula allocation. 

We’ll also explain how the Affordable Housing Program and the Capital Magnet Fund can provide supplemental funding through grants for your affordable housing and economic development projects.
