Red Lake Homes #14 includes 28 new single-family homes in each of the four communities on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, including Little Rock, Red Lake, Redby, and Ponemah, Minnesota. This key component of the project allows Red Lake Reservation Housing Authority to adequately and equitably increase affordable housing across each of its communities. Red Lake Homes #14 is also intended for eventual tenant ownership to contribute to Red Lake Nation’s goal of homeownership for its tribal members. The floor plans include two different three-bedroom layouts (named after two of the nation’s principal clans, Bear and Otter).
