Yavapai-Apache Homes #8 received a 2023 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit award from the Arizona Department of Housing. This development is Yavapai-Apache Nation Tribal Housing’s (YANTH) eighth LIHTC development and will include 40 homes and a community building for the Yavapai-Apache Nation in Arizona.
The project includes 28 single-family homes and six duplexes as well as a community building that will serve as a gathering space for teens.
This development is the third phase of the master-planned Tunlii neighborhood of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
