2013 was a successful year for Travois and its clients. For example, Travois’ clients:

Will create 189 new or rehabilitated homes from allocations of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) from 2013;
Were awarded $1.

Three Travois clients — the Red Lake Reservation Housing Authority of Red Lake, Minn., the Lac Courte Oreilles Housing Authority of Hayward, Wis., and the Red Cliff Chippewa Housing Authority of Bayfield, Wis.

Thanks in part to New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska will provide critical education to at-risk infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families through the new Educare Winnebago, a specially designed early learning school.
