We’ll be soaking up the sun on the Atlantic Coast for the 19th Annual Travois Indian Country Affordable Housing & Economic Development Conference.
Save the date and join us in Miami, Florida, on Tuesday, April 9 through Thursday, April 11!
Our host hotel, the Kimpton EPIC, is located in downtown Miami with views of Biscayne Bay and perfectly situated steps from dining, shopping, nightlife and more.
Registration will open later this year. We offer free registrations for qualifying attendees, who work in housing, community or economic development and who serve American Indian, Alaska Native or Native Hawaiian communities or people. Discounted hotel room rates will also be available for registered conference attendees.
Our educational conference combines instruction, client case studies, panel discussions with industry experts and hands-on activities. We demonstrate successful projects and future possibilities for community growth and development using the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) programs. At our last conference, we also discussed Sustainable, Responsible, Impact (SRI) Investing in Indian Country for the first time.
The date is set. The location is set. Now it’s time to plan. What sessions are your favorites? What do you want to see and do? The hotel is dog-friendly — Should we do another puppy party? Help us plan by giving feedback in the comments section.
