I have been doing this since 2005. My experience working with tribes to implement the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program has shown me the power of a team.
When Elizabeth and I started with Travois back in 2005, we were a much smaller company. Over time we have built a team of professionals who are ready to handle any challenge that comes your way. But the most important element of your development’s success is not our team. It is yours.
Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) are the best housing authorities in America. You serve families with the highest needs on the tightest budgets under the most difficult conditions.
