Each and every one of our clients’ developments is an important story to be shared. Throughout the journey of developing a project, I help bring attention to the wins we share with our clients: receiving tax credit awards, creating beautiful designs, closing with an equity investor and construction, move-in days and community celebrations. And, if advocacy is needed, I help spread the word to encourage action.
Whether it’s a New Markets Tax Credit development, or a Low Income Housing Tax Credit development, or some other initiative, the details of the projects vary, but the goals are the same — creating quality homes for people who need them, creating jobs with new businesses and services and building more vibrant communities together.
I graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in business. But my desire to be a part of a mission-driven company is rooted in internships with Dallas CASA and KU’s Office of Institutional Opportunity & Access. The skills I developed from those experiences help me to communicate your story clearly and with humanity.
