The five-story multifamily building will include 14 one-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units and 10 three-bedroom units. The new building will have a fitness center, rooftop terrace, covered parking, community space and a courtyard plaza to serve residents and community members.
Travois Design, project architect, included oversized windows, large balconies and interior corridor access in the design, and has incorporated several green building techniques to help lower energy use and costs.
