The Turtle Mountain Housing Authority recently received an award of $516,598 in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) from the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency. TMHA will use this award to build 28 affordable housing units in two multifamily buildings in Belcourt and St. John, N.D.
