At the end of May, our housing development team, Adam, Casey, Emily S., and I, attended the 2013 Minnesota Affordable Housing Conference in Minneapolis, MN.

I recently visited the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation and its housing authority’s sixth Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project. It is under construction and includes 25 rehabbed homes and 16 new construction homes.
My quick journey was a trip for the senses.

Travois team members are often on the road visiting tribes, clients and other partners and attending trainings and conferences. Each week, we’ll share where we’re going.

Several Travois staff members prepared food and served meals at the Episcopal Community Kitchen in Kansas City recently. This volunteer activity was organized by our Anigadugi Volunteer Committee.
