The National American Indian Housing Council (NAIHC) had a very successful Leadership Institute Expo in beautiful Seattle, WA, the week of June 10. All of the courses were well attended.

The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) publicly announced the 2013 Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) awardees last month.

I was in Washington, D.C., this week to attend the National Council of State Housing Agencies’ 2013 HFA Institute. The conference is divided into four different modules, and I attended sessions dedicated to Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs).
