Registration is now open through NAIHC’s website! The course concludes with an exam and attendees who pass the exam have the opportunity to receive the NTCCP certification.
The course will cover:
- Overview of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) funding,
- Eligible participants,
- Application and verification of income,
- Calculating rent,
- Lease management,
- Eligibility, admission and occupancy policies and more!
Tell your colleagues! The Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) Inspection Protocol Training is also taking place at Hotel Valley Ho on Tuesday, Nov. 7 and Wednesday Nov. 8. If you work for housing authorities or departments that prepare for on-site physical inspections, Director of Asset Management & Compliance Mike Price will help you understand what is inspected and what is needed to pass.
To register or for more details, visit our UPCS training page.
For both trainings, Hotel Valley Ho is offering a discounted room rate of $219/night for both single and double occupancy. The discounted group rate deadline is approaching. Be sure to book before Friday, Oct. 6! For reservation information, check out our Training page.
