It’s that time of year again — the flowers are blooming, the birds are singing and Travois is getting ready to submit another New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation application!
Every year we have the opportunity to demonstrate the strength of Indian Country’s project pipeline to the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund. This spring, we will submit a list of developments we would want to finance with an NMTC allocation in 2019. You need to be on this list.
Through the 18th Annual Travois Conference and regular client contacts, we have already heard about so many great plans:
