What a fun year 2015 has been!

The holidays and the new year are just around the corner, and that means it’s a perfect time for reflection. This year, I am giving thanks for the opportunity to work with amazing clients all around the country.

It’s no secret that soft money is drying up for affordable housing projects. There are more developers chasing fewer resources, thereby increasing competition.

While visiting the Colville Indian Reservation for the grand opening of the housing authority’s third Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project, we couldn’t pass up the chance to see the newly finished tribal government building in Nespelem, WA.

In our 20 years in business, we’ve been fortunate to work with extremely dedicated and hard working individuals. And even better, when a group of individuals comes together and truly works as a team to meet common goals, they produce incredible results.

I recently attended the Colville Indian Housing Authority’s grand opening celebration for its third Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project.

We’ve made it halfway into spotlighting our 20th Anniversary Superheroes, our clients and partners who have accomplished amazing things in the housing and economic development industries!

Last week, we announced our 20th Anniversary Superhero awardees and spotlighted the first individual.
Today we are excited to highlight and tell you more about our next two superheroes, Angela Christy and Darryl Jacobs, who are both distinguished attorneys.

We are thrilled to be celebrating our 20th anniversary in business this year. But what we’re most excited about is celebrating what you – our clients and partners – have done over the past 20 years and what you’re doing to make the next 20 years even better.

The Warm Springs Housing Authority recently hosted a grand opening to celebrate its first Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project
