What a fun year 2015 has been!

Zach Higgins has joined the Travois team! He’s project assistant for Travois Design & Construction Services

Our relationships form the foundation of every LIHTC home you build, of every economic development project we finance together. Getting to know you — on-site, at our annual conference — is our favorite part of the job.

Rachael Rider joined the Travois housing development team as project assistant earlier this summer. She helps complete and submit applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and other funding opportunities, and she offers additional support to our clients and service providers.

This year while participating in Harvesters’ Take Your Can To Work Day, we decided a friendly competition — winner gets bragging rights — would kick start our giving spirit!
Harvesters is a nonprofit regional food bank that serves 26 counties in northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas.

Back by popular demand – conference registration will be free of charge to employees of TDHEs, tribes, Alaska Native groups, Native Hawaiian organizations and Native-owned businesses!

Katie Dosenbach, administrative assistant, has been with the company since 2013. Katie is usually the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call our office. Learn more about her below.

It was great to reconnect with old friends and make new connections at last week’s Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Morning Schmooze. Travois often opens our space up to local organizations for meetings and events.
