Here at Travois we spend a good part of our day responding to questions that come in from our clients to help them maintain compliance for their Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) homes. A fair amount of those questions involve adding household members to an already-qualified LIHTC unit.

As I began to close the books on another year — that went by way too fast — I took some time to reflect back on everything we accomplished in 2015. I also took time to reflect on the season as I spent time with family and friends in my home.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the income limits for 2015 recently.

What happened to the first two months of 2015? I had an opportunity to look at the calendar today and realized we are getting ready to close out the month of February.

As we look back on 2014, I am encouraged to count many achievements and am excited by the challenges and opportunities in the year ahead.
