The Montana Board of Housing (MBOH) recently awarded $677,500 in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) to Blackfeet Housing for its sixth project!

Taylor Higgins and I had the pleasure of attending the Pueblo of Acoma Housing Authority (PAHA) groundbreaking ceremony for its first Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project.
PAHA LIHTC Homes #1 was awarded tax credits in May 2016 and is in the process of closing with an equity investor.

Today we are celebrating the success of four clients for their recent Affordable Housing Program (AHP) awards! 

Quechan Housing Authority (QHA), Red Cliff Chippewa Housing Authority (RCCHA) and Tohono O’odham Ki:Ki Association (TOKA) have all recently closed projects with investors

2016 has been a year of highs and lows.
