Every six months Travois is pleased to offer our property’s billboards free of charge to highlight our Kansas City neighborhood nonprofit groups.

Rachel Nass, compliance specialist, joined the Travois Asset Management team in May 2013. In her role, she reviews tenant files, performs site visits and inspections, and ensures that clients’ projects remain in compliance with both state and investor regulations.

Lauren Wendlandt is an architect at Travois. She officially joined the Travois Design & Construction Services (TD&CS) team in November but has worked with the company since 2009 on the office, roof deck and furnishings and as a consultant on various affordable housing projects.

Travois was honored to be a sponsor for the phenomenal ukelele virtuoso and composer Jake Shimabukuro on November 15th at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

It’s basketball season, and we have a new blog series titled “Give and Go.” The series will share basketball news, stories and events from the communities where we work.

Marianne has been a part of Travois from the very beginning. She was the director of the Ramsey County Library in suburban St. Paul, Minn., when David Bland, her spouse, decided to leave the Federal Reserve Bank and start Travois back in 1995.

Ashley Bland is the director of Travois Design & Construction Services (TD&CS), and she has worked at Travois for nearly eight years.
